1. Take Bold Action

You've mastered setting boundaries, saying no, and prioritising yourself - but real confidence isn't just about what you stop doing. It's about what you start doing.

Try this: For the next 7 days, choose one bold action that stretches you just a little further. Maybe it's making a decision without seeking input, or maybe it's asking for something you really want but you've assumed you'll be told no.

 

The goals isn't to be fearless, growth comes from taking action even when it's scary.

​

Some small people-pleasing habits may be sticking around, like filtering your words, downplaying your wins and softening your message to avoid discomfort. And these habits keep you playing small than you need to be. 

​

Try this: For the next 7 days, challenge yourself to speak in a way that is:

​

  • Direct: Say what you mean without over-explaining.

  • Certain: Remove phrases like "I don't know" and "I hope that makes sense" when you know the answer or what you're saying is clear. 

  • Unapologetic: Catch yourself before saying "sorry" or "if that's ok" when it's unnecessary. 

​

The words you use to express yourself shape how others see you. Own your words. 

2. Strengthen Your Self-Trust in Decisions

3. Step Into Full Self-Expression

You've gotten good at saying no to what drains you, but what about saying YES to what lights you up? When you're used to playing small, avoiding discomfort, or overthinking decisions, you might not even realise where you're holding back.

Think about the things you say you want but haven't taken action on yet. Maybe it's because you're worried about failing, being judged or you're not sure if you're "ready". But waiting until you feel fully ready is another way of avoiding your next level.

Try this: Write down three things you've been avoiding that you know would move you forward. Then ask yourself: What's actually stopping me? What's the real fear? Now commit to taking one step - big or small - toward each.

Once you name it, it loses it's power. And this will allow you to step into the life you actually want.
